Erasmus Mobility Call for Students
Sivas Cumhuriyet University (SCU) International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator has announced the call for incoming mobilities within the framework of KA171 (Third Countries not associated to the Programme) Student Mobility.
The applications have to be made through the website of Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator within the application dates that are mentioned in IMPORTANT DATES part of this call.
The application form can be accessed through https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr/erasmus/incoming/ka171-application-form-std/, the application guide can be accessed through the website of Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
The Studies Call is open for all students from the partner institutions mentioned in the call who study at the mentioned departments available at SCU. The list of active degree programmes can be found on https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr/incoming/#degrees. The candidates from programmes which are not available at SCU are ineligible for this mobility.
The Traineeship Call is open for all students from the partner institutions and the declared departments in the call.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The applicant has to be a full-time enrolled student (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) at the sending institutions that are given at the detailed quota table on page 5.
The Cumulative General Point Average (CGPA) of the applicant has to be at least:
o for undergraduate students (Bachelor) 2.20/4.00 o for post-graduate students (Master or PhD) 2.50/4.00
The language level of the applicant must be at least B2 in English or Turkish.
The total duration of the mobility within the same study cycle (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) cannot exceed 12 months.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates must apply on https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr/erasmus/incoming/ka171-application-form-std/ within the declared dates and submit all the documents mentioned below in person to the unit that is responsible for the coordination of Erasmus+ Mobilities along with the following documents:
Profile Photo (Biometric photo)
Proof of Enrolment (Student ID or any relevant document by the home university)
Copy of National ID Card
Copy of International Passport

• Proof of Educational Degree (only for Master and PhD applicants) o for Master applicants last Bachelor Diploma o for PhD applicants both Bachelor and Master Diploma
• Transcript of Records in English Language showing CGPA score (If not available in English, an official signed and stamped document by the university declaring CGPA is also accepted along with the original document).

• Certificates of Attendance of the participants’ previous Erasmus+ mobilities.
• If the participant has any physical disabilities, a document that proves the disability (In English or in original language with an English document from the sending university confirming the genuinity).
DEFINITIONS
Student Mobility for Studies (SMS)
This mobility activity is carried out within the framework of existing inter-institutional agreements of the higher education institution.
The activity consists of the project coordinator and the student who is registered in partner higher education institutions, to carry out a part of his education in the higher education institution that is partnered with an interinstitutional agreement.
Students are expected to be sent/received to follow the program corresponding to 30 ECTS credits for one semester in order to do the work required by their diploma/degree. •
The minimum duration for the mobility is 2 months. Mobilities less than 60 days will be ineligible, and all grant is refunded by the beneficiary student.
Students who meet the application requirements can benefit from the activity without grant.
Student Mobility for Traineeship (SMP)
The activity consists of the project coordinator and the student who is registered in partner higher education institutions, to carry out a professional training at the host institution.
Students do not attend any courses and do not receive any ECTS credits• Instead they have professional experience as a trainee in a related field of their study.
The minimum duration for the mobility is 2 months. Mobilities less than 60 days will be ineligible, and all grant is refunded by the beneficiary student.
Students who meet the application requirements can benefit from the activity without grant.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The evaluation criteria has been determined by SCU Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator within the scope of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye (Turkish National Agency), the Directive of International Relations Office, and Directive of Erasmus Program of the Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Republic of Türkiye.
